My name is Matt Orner and I am happily employed by the Grounds Guys of Medina. My primary responsibility is overseeing operations and Crew Leader of all Hardscape design/build projects. I am a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces. After serving my country, I obtained a degree in Criminal Justice and entered Law Enforcement. My specific expertise in this career field is concrete. I have been a concrete finisher for over 10 years. The picture above is my beautiful wife Cheyenne, and my Son, Kane. My name is Nathanial (Nate) Stroub. I've been employed with The Grounds Guys of Medina as Turf Maintenance Crew lead since May of 2020. I have over 6 years experience in Turf Maintenance.When I am not working, I am raising my two daughters, Elizabeth and Evelynn with y Fiance Victoria. In my spare time I also enjoy playing video games with my friends and hunting. I have compassion for turf maintenance and care along with snow and ice management in the winter months here in Ohio.

I have 8 years experience in the field with a degree in forestry form the University of Washington and background in ECO sustainability. My specialty is plant care and identification.

I am a loving father and husband of three wonderful children born and raised in the Great State of West Virginia. I am a 12 year US Army Veteran and outdoorsman who has a love for hunting and fishing. My family and I moved to Ohio in 2020 after being employed in the oil and gas industry.
